Geoff Clark celebrated 25 years of The Country Trader among his friends and clients, so he invited them all to have dinner “at home” on the 12th and 13th of May, for nearly a 100 guest each night.

The Country Trader showroom was set up following gold and green tones. Tables were dressed with linen and winter flowers arrangements, candles in glass storm lamps and lanterns, magnificent Paris porcelain tableware and fine French crystal wine glasses and champagne flutes, all gathered for a memorable soirée.

Guests were welcomed with a glass of Bollinger and followed a path of candles through the showroom to arrive in the dining area.

Glen-Marie Frost, Leo Schofield, Janine Ashton, Jason Boon, Clare Paspaley and David Clark were some of the hosts that put aprons on to serve their friends, laddling cream of porcini mushroom soup and carving Beef Wellington, while sipping on Henschke wines.
