Sparkling chandeliers and French antiques provided the backdrop for the launch, in impeccable style, of the new Moet and Chandon Vintage 1999 at The Country Trader in Sydney.
Click to enlarge Tables were decorated in black and white, evocative of 1930s film glamour and guests added to it by wearing their own vintage attire. Chef de Cave of the house, Benoit Gouez flew in from Champagne especially for the event which included a champagne tasting, dinner with innovative Asian-inspired dishes theatrically created by Christine Manfirld in full view of the guests, and a touch of liaisons dangerous decadence to the evening, And, of course, the champagne flowed.
